The federal rules, in plain words
Every firearm we sell goes through the same federal process. It usually takes a few minutes at the counter.
Show a valid photo ID
A government-issued photo ID with your current address.
Fill out ATF Form 4473
The federal firearms transaction record. We'll walk you through it.
Pass the background check
We run the federal NICS check. A qualifying Georgia Weapons Carry License can stand in for the check where ATF allows it.
Take it home
You must be 21 or older for a handgun and 18 or older for a rifle or shotgun from a dealer.

Have an online seller or a private seller ship to us. We call you when it arrives, run the paperwork and the check, and you take it home.
Common questions
Can I buy a gun online from you and have it shipped?
No. Every firearm sale happens in the store, in person, with the federal paperwork and background check. If you bought a gun from someone else online, we can receive it for you as an FFL transfer.
Do you buy guns?
Yes. Bring the firearm unloaded and cased, along with your photo ID. We'll look it over and make you an offer, or you can trade it toward something in the case.
Is a gun from the Facebook post still available?
Stock moves fast. Call us at (770) 443-0328 and we'll check.
Do I need a permit to buy a gun in Georgia?
Georgia doesn't require a permit to purchase. Federal law still requires the Form 4473 and a background check at the counter, unless you show a qualifying carry license that ATF accepts in place of the check.
