Privacy policy
Last updated October 29, 2026.
This policy covers this website, operated by New Georgia Pawn Shop LLC ("we", "us"). It explains what we collect online, why, and what we do with it. It doesn't replace the privacy notice you receive with a pawn transaction in the store.
What we collect
When you send the Get an Offer form
Your name, phone number, optional email, the item details you type, and up to three photos. We use these only to reply to you about that item. The form is delivered to the shop by email and isn't added to any mailing list.
Please don't send photos of IDs, pawn tickets, or other personal documents through the form.
When you browse the site
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without tracking you across other websites. We also count clicks on our Call, Directions, and Get an Offer buttons, along with the page they were on. These counts aren't tied to your name or device.
Spam protection
The offer form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile processes limited technical information about your browser for that purpose only. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy notice.
Some pages show our public Facebook page. That box is loaded from Facebook only when you scroll to it. Facebook may set its own cookies when it loads, and Facebook's privacy policy applies to it.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your information.
- We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking on this site.
- We don't take payments or store payment card details on this site.
How long we keep it
Offer requests are kept in the shop's email only as long as needed to respond and for our ordinary business records. Click counts are kept as daily totals.
